Before beginning her legal career, Raquel Robles Eschbach graduated from The John Marshall Law School with high honors. She was also a member of Law Review. In addition, she clerked for Judge Nowicki in the Chancery Court Division during law school. During that externship, she authored a Memorandum Order and Opinion in Ernestine Webster v. Federal Kemper Life Assurance Company.
Prior to law school, she graduated from Illinois State University as a Psychology major and double minor in Sociology and Spanish. Her psychology and sociology background assists her when counseling her clients throughout the trying times in their lives. Whether you have been charged with a crime or going through a divorce, Raquel Robles Eschbach knows how important it is to understand how the outcome of your case will impact your life. She truly believes that it is very important to identify and recognize what her clients are going through in order to ascertain the best outcome for her clients.
After graduating from law school, Raquel Robles Eschbach began her legal career as a prosecutor. After many years serving as a prosecutor, she began practicing as private counsel in the areas of family law and criminal defense as well as family law mediation.
As a result of her educational and work experience, she has exceptional researching, negotiating and trial experience. She has both civil and criminal trial experience before judges and juries. She has tried over 30 trials to verdict. She also has extensive experience conducting pre-trial and post-trial motions.
